Webstorm Resellers enjoy a very close relationship with the company and its employees. Apart from being associated with a highly successful ISP and Brand, the products and services are offered with pride. Being a member of the Reseller program has various benefits and privileges for both the company and its Resellers but it really is the stability of the entire business and knowledge that your clients will receive courteous and expert advice coupled with friendly support that makes us jointly such a great team.
Webstorm has never and will never be the cheapest supplier in the market but it is with great pride that we continue growing and experiencing ever increasing market share.
Innovative products, attention to individual clients and Resellers’ needs and a willingness to add value wherever we can will make your association with Webstorm a pleasant and lucrative experience.
There are two types of Reseller Programs:
Tier 1 Resellers:
These are commonly referred to as “virtual ISP’s” but can also include medium size operations that qualify.
Briefly these Resellers will have the ability to:
- Bill their own client base and are doing so already.
- Offer complete technical support to the client
- Offer a support desk / call centre.
Tier 1 Resellers have the right to brand the Webstorm products and often bundle Webstorm services with their own. Webstorm bills the Tier 1 Reseller at month end and the Reseller takes the risk of collection from its own clients.
Tier 1 Resellers have their own Web based portal to manage client services and have the ability to do various tasks like creating accounts, topping up clients, suspending accounts etc.
Tier 2 Resellers
Typically small to medium operations that do require to add to their offerings but do not wish to give direct technical support nor do the billing from the client base. These are more common and Webstorm will send such resellers a commission schedule every month, allowing the Reseller to claim commissions without the need to risk doing their own collections.
Tier 2 Resellers offer Webstorm Branded products to their clients and will still be the first port off call for basic support. Naturally the Webstorm Call centre is accessible to the clients directly.
