The following applies and is measured over the last 10 days.
Silver Uncapped users falling in the top 20% of data volume consumers, will find that the account will become shaped. (Certain operations such as downloading music, movies and especially using Peer 2 Peer will be assigned a very low priority on the network and may become unusable.)
For 4Mbps packages, this AUP is imposed on the top 50% of data volume consumers.

The speed of your connection is governed by the package you select and not the available line speed. (don't be silly... if you select a 4Mbps and have a 384Kbps line, you will only get 384Kbps !) Oh yes, if you use this account from two different ADSL lines (locations), you share the speed. i.e. … a 4Mbps will give each location 2Mbps speed ( maximum two locations )
